Why was I charged shipping for each item or why is my rate not the standard shipping charge: For larger and heavier items like drinks, we package them in a packing bundle and charge an overridden shipping rate. This means we sell you enough to fill a flat rate box, but we would not have enough money for shipping at the 5.55 level, because the standard medium flat rate is 10.35 and 13.95 for the larger flat rate box. Plus you have to remember that Amazon places a surcharge on shipping of 7.5 percent. Therefore, the two sums (shipping plus surcharge) are added together and an overridden charge is programmed into these items to charge a set price for shipping when the item is selected. However Amazon does not display the overridden price up front, therefore some people are not aware until they check out that the shipping price is higher. Plus if you order multiple overridden items, you will be charged for each item separately and the shipment will be sent in multiple boxes.We can not control the multiple charges for overridden items, because we do not have control over Amazon's shopping cart.
Why are my bottles taped: All bottles like Extraderm, Maxipeel, Eskinol, Johnson's Baby Cologne and Oil, Sunsilk Shampoo, Cream Silk Conditioner will have their lids taped closed for shipping. The Extraderm and Maxipeel come in boxes and they will be opened to be able to tape the products lids. This is due to the lids being flip top with no seals and leakage will occur under pressure if not taped. The postal service packs the packages to together for transport and this places hundreds of pounds of pressure on the items. This may not look pretty but all items are new, not used.
How long does it take to get my package: We are a third party to Amazon. You place the order with them and once your financial information is confirmed and processed, we get the order. We then have two days to pack and mail your order, and depending on your distance from Texas, it take priority mail 3 to 10 business days to deliverer a package not counting the weekends or Holidays. We generally send tracking information with your order confirmation e-mail. If you did not get a tracking number, it is displayed at the bottom of the order record in Amazon.
Can I get refund on shipping: Yes, if you purchase several overriden items and the shipping cost is overly high we will refund you for the excess shipping. However you have to ask we do not do this automaticallly.
